Our dog Harper and us love to come to this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've bought delicious treats for special occasions (bday pawties), harnesses and toys. The store is always organized, clean and it feels good to look around. Support small businesses like this one!! <3

What a beautiful store with hand baked treats made in house in the back. Anna was so helpful the day we were there. Definitely worth a stop next time you are in old downtown Plano!

10/10 recommend. I bought a pup cake here for my dogs and it came out looking absolutely beautiful! The pups devoured their slice of cake. The employee who helped me was so sweet and even gave me cute little treat bags and ribbon to place the dog treats I bought in. Additionally, they have a ton of cute toys, treats, and etc to meet your dogs needs. I will definitely come here again!!

I was in Jett Pets yesterday for the first time and let's just say I will be back! The woman at the counter was incredibly helpful (Brittlee I believe her name was) and not only was she very knowledgeable of the breed we own, Australian Shepherd (named Ophelia) but she was incredibly patient & kind! She took her time, helped us pick out numerous high quality items and also was very smiley! She was definitely an animal lover and it showed through her performance! I would recommend visiting the Plano location with all your pet needs as I was absolutely impressed!!! Will be returning & 10/10 on overall review!
